Hpathy.org is the official platform of Hpathy Global Academy (HGA), offering high-quality educational resources, courses, events, and professional services in the field of homeopathy and holistic health. This pricing policy outlines how we determine, display, and manage prices for our digital and physical offerings to ensure clarity, fairness, and value for our learners and members.

2. Pricing Principles

  • Value-Based Pricing: Prices are based on the educational value delivered, faculty expertise, content depth, and platform features.

  • Global Affordability: We offer region-specific pricing where feasible, to make our resources accessible across income groups and geographies.

  • Transparency: All prices are clearly stated before purchase. No hidden fees.

  • Fairness: Discounts, scholarships, and payment plans are offered on merit and need-based criteria.

3. Pricing Components

a. Courses

  • Introductory/Tripwire Courses: ₹99 to ₹499 (or $5 to $10) – Designed to be low-barrier, high-value entry points.

  • Standard Courses: ₹3000 to ₹10,000 ($39 to $129) – Comprehensive, self-paced or live courses with video, assessments, and certificates.

  • Advanced/Certification Programs: ₹15,000 to ₹75,000 ($199 to $999) – Includes expert mentorship, live calls, exams, certification.

b. Memberships

  • Basic Membership: Free – Access to blog, newsletters, select videos/articles.

  • Premium Membership: ₹2000/year or $29/year – Includes member-only webinars, discounts, resource libraries, and community forums.

  • Institutional Membership: Custom pricing – For colleges, clinics, and professional groups.

c. Live Events / Webinars

  • Single Event: ₹299 to ₹1499 ($5 to $29) – 1 to 3-hour live sessions.

  • Workshops (1-3 days): ₹1500 to ₹7500 ($20 to $99) – Includes replays, notes, and Q&A.

d. Consulting & Mentoring

  • 1:1 Mentorship: ₹2000/hour ($29/hour) – For homeopathy practitioners and students.

  • Practice/Clinic Setup Guidance: Custom packages based on scope.

4. Discounts & Special Offers

  • Early Bird Pricing: Up to 20% off for early registrants.

  • Group Discounts: 10-30% off for 5+ enrollments.

  • Seasonal Campaigns: Limited-time discounts during major festivals or launch weeks.

  • Scholarships: Available on application for students from low-income backgrounds or underserved regions.

5. Payment Terms

  • Currency: INR for Indian users, USD for international users.

  • Payment Gateways: Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal (for global), UPI, and Credit/Debit cards.

  • Installments: Available for select high-ticket courses/programs (up to 3 installments).

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase unless otherwise stated. Live event tickets are non-refundable.

Digital Products

  • Non-tangible irrevocable goods (“Digital products”)
  • We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods (“digital products”) once the order is confirmed and the product is sent.
  • Refunds for courses are available for 7 days from purchase date, IF the course content has not been consumed.
  • We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products. Contact us for any issues:

Product Refund [Tangible Goods]

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your refund request is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
