Course Overview:

This 10-session online series on homeopathic materia medica brings together the top 10 experts in homeopathy and materia medica to explore remedies in depth – covering their origins, therapeutic applications, comparative analysis, and practical prescribing tips. Cannabis indica
Speaker: Dr Manish Bhatia

Speaker: Dr Jitesh Sharma

Dr Jitesh Sharma deep dives into the world of Staphysagria with exploration of frustration, guilt, embarrassment and varied shades of this remedy with cases, in this session on materia medica.

Dr.Jitesh Sharma has done his BHMS and MD(hom). He had also completed his course in International Classical Homeopathy at the institute run by Prof.George Vithoulkas in Athens. Speaker: Dr Abhishek Joshi

The mental aspects of this remedy have many similarities with Calcarea, Cocculus, Podophyllum, Vanilla, and Aurum. Dr Abhishek Joshi shares his experience of using the homeopathic remedy Carcinosin in his clinical practice.

Dr Abhishek Joshi is a Homoeopathic Consultant practicing Integrative Homoeopathy in India, Thailand, Turkey. He also runs a charitable Homoeopathic Clinic since 2015. Dr. Bipin Jain, MD (Hom), MBA, is the Principal and Professor of Homoeopathic Materia Medica and also serves as the Director of Academic Services at MLDMHI. He is a member and convener of the Core Committee CBDC HEB under the National Commission of Homoeopathy. His contributions to education and clinical practice have been recognized with prestigious awards, including the Chinmaya Chikitsa Ratna Puraskar from the World Jain Doctor Forum at Shravanbelgoda, Karnataka, on 11 March 2018, and the Best Teacher Award by the Cancer Institute of Kolkata and the Homoeopathic Science Congress, Patna, at Darjeeling. Medorrhinum – Hiding the Weakness
Speaker: Dr Rajan Sankaran

Focus:

Understanding the remedy Medorrhinum  

Medorrhinum – a nosode that predominantly expresses the sycotic miasm. The main feeling of the sycotic miasm is: I am OK as long as my weakness is covered up. I know my weakness is not fatal to me, it is not the end. Therefore, I must do all I can to see that this weakness is not exposed. I may have to be overactive in the opposite direction as a result.

The feeling of incapacity in Medorrhinum is represented by anxiety of conscience as if he were guilty of a crime, by fear as if someone was behind him, and a constant inner anxiety and restlessness. On the other hand, in order to cover up his inner weakness, the Medorrhinum patient can take the opposite stance, in that he can become quite egoistic, critical, rude, selfish, insensitive, extravagant and can act as if nothing really scares, bothers or affects him.

In this engrossing lecture, Dr Rajan Sankaran will enlighten us with his experience of treating patients with the homeopathic medicine Medorrhinum.

Dr. Rajan Sankaran, is a Practitioner, Research Scientist, Teacher and Author of Homoeopathy System of Medicine. He lives and practices in Juhu area of Mumbai, India. He graduated from the Bombay (Mumbai) Homeopathic Medical College in 1981. He was on the Teaching Faculty of that same institution, now known as Smt. Chandaben Mohanbhai Patel Homoeopathic Medical College, as an Assistant Professor of Repertory and was an Honorary Physician. Dr. Sankaran also heads ‘the other song’ The International Academy of Advanced Homoeopathy’, in Mumbai. This academy primarily focuses on imparting advanced clinical training to students and practitioners, integrated with a homoeopathic healing centre.
